All engagements are governed by a best-efforts obligation (obligation de moyens). Operational decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client organisation.

The External Transport Manager mandate is governed by Art. 4 of Regulation (EC) No 1071/2009. All other engagements (ADR, security, traceability, waste) are best-efforts obligations. Operational decisions and execution remain the responsibility of the client company.
