The SOURCE 0 CERTIFIED label is issued exclusively by Jean-François ELSEN as author of the SOURCE 0 architecture, certifying that the SOURCE 0 process was followed in the mission concerned. It does not constitute an independent third-party certification. All engagements are governed by an obligation de moyens. Operational decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client organisation.

SOURCE 0 est une architecture cryptographique d'attestation pré-exécutoire propriétaire, développée par Jean-François ELSEN. Les Dossiers de Réalité Historique (DRH) sont canonicalisés, empreints cryptographiquement (SHA-256), horodatés et déposés ou constatés auprès d'un huissier de justice belge. Ces opérations établissent l'existence et l'intégrité de la représentation scellée et en documentent l'antériorité par rapport à l'événement qu'elle est destinée à documenter. Les effets de date certaine, d'opposabilité, de présomption ou de force probante qui s'y attachent sont ceux que le droit applicable, notamment le droit belge, attache expressément aux instruments ainsi produits ; la reconnaissance devant des juridictions hors de Belgique est appréciée au cas par cas. L'attestation SOURCE 0 CERTIFIED certifie, distinctement de ces effets, que le procédé SOURCE 0 a été respecté.
SOURCE 0 is a proprietary pre-execution cryptographic attestation architecture, developed by Jean-François ELSEN. Historical Reality Dossiers (DRH) are canonicalised, cryptographically sealed (SHA-256), timestamped, and deposited with or recorded by a huissier de justice belge. These operations establish the existence and integrity of the sealed representation and document its anteriority relative to the event it is intended to document. The effects of date certaine, opposability, presumption or evidential weight that attach to them are those which the applicable law, in particular Belgian law, expressly attaches to the resulting instruments; recognition before jurisdictions outside Belgium is assessed case by case. The SOURCE 0 CERTIFIED label certifies, distinctly from these effects, that the SOURCE 0 process was followed.
