SOURCE 0 — EXPLORATORY PACK

PURPOSE OF THE MISSION

The exploratory pack is the first step in any SOURCE 0 implementation. It covers the collection and analysis of the Client's regulatory and technical context, and concludes with a written report. It does not include any on-site intervention or technical implementation. Its outcome conditions the opening, where relevant, of a separate implementation mission, governed by a distinct convention and not accessible through this pack.

PROCESS

Following payment, a non-disclosure agreement is sent by email for signature via Youtrust. The information collection form is sent only after this signed agreement has been received. On this basis, Jean-François ELSEN carries out the analysis of the context provided and drafts a report, delivered in Word format. The Client is then given a window to raise written questions on the report, anchored as comments directly within the document; responses follow the same procedure, in successive dated and numbered versions. Two rounds of questions and answers are included in the price; any additional round is billed at the applicable hourly rate.

DEADLINES

The Client has ten business days from the sending of the non-disclosure agreement to return it signed. Past this deadline without a signed return, €875.00 excl. VAT is retained from the prepaid amount as a management and resource-immobilization fee, with the balance refunded. After receiving the report, the Client has five business days to submit questions; each response is provided within three business days.

PRICE

€1,875.00 excl. VAT, i.e. €2,268.75 incl. VAT (21% Belgian VAT), payable in full prior to any execution. This amount does not cover any travel cost, as the mission is carried out entirely remotely; no geographic restriction applies as a result.

Online payment is processed at the Belgian rate of 21%, regardless of the Client's country of establishment. Professional clients established in another European Union member state, holding a valid intra-Community VAT number, as well as clients established outside the European Union, may request a corrected invoice after payment. This request is made by email to jfe@jfelsen.com, indicating the order reference and, where applicable, the intra-Community VAT number to be verified. Once verified, a VAT-excluded corrected invoice is issued and the VAT amount collected is refunded to the payment method used, within ten business days.

RESERVED FOR PROFESSIONAL CLIENTS

This pack is reserved for persons acting in a professional capacity within their business activity, to the exclusion of any person acting for purposes outside their professional activity within the meaning of Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law. Any order constitutes a declaration by the Client that they act in this capacity, and excludes any right of withdrawal applicable to distance sales concluded with a consumer.

TERMS

The order is valid only upon express acceptance, by a time-stamped checkbox at the time of payment, of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and of these specific conditions, in accordance with Articles 3 and 3 bis of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of Jean-François ELSEN.
